Powder-coated aluminum

FEATURES:

• Fluidised powder coating applied to the aluminum structure by electrostatic spray. To ensure the solidity and resistance of the powder coating, the whole thing is stoved at a temperature of between 160°C (320°F) and 210°C (410°F), according to the type of powder.
• For outdoor and indoor use.

MAINTENANCE:

Easy to clean with water or specific alu cleaner. Avoid the use of abrasive products and solvents.

Gloss Frame Finishes

The gloss frame finishes can be made to coordinate with strap colors as well as fiber glass tops.some colors are available in quantity order.

Our frames are sandblasted to create a ideal bonding surface.This sandblasting ensure you the power coat finish will not peel or chip.Once the frame has been prepared a fine power paint is oven-baked at a temperatures reaching 400° F
